Our Narberth clinic was built for people who want more than traditional physical therapy. If you’ve tried generic exercises, temporary pain relief, or treatments that didn’t address the real issue, our team takes a different approach focused on lasting results.
Every visit is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, allowing us to understand how you move, identify the underlying cause of your pain, and create a treatment plan that’s tailored specifically to your goals.
Whether you’re an athlete, active adult, or recovering after surgery, your care is designed to restore strength, improve mobility, and help you return to the activities that matter most with confidence.
At Next Level, we combine hands-on care with performance-focused rehabilitation so you can recover fully, move better, and build resilience that lasts well beyond your final appointment.
Pain is often the result of how your body moves, compensates, and adapts over time. The area where you feel discomfort isn’t always the source of the problem, which is why our care begins by evaluating movement, not simply treating symptoms.
Targeted manual therapy to ease pain, restore mobility, and prepare your body for more efficient movement.
Restore flexibility, improve joint mobility, and support recovery so you can move with greater confidence.
Correct inefficient movement patterns to improve mechanics during everyday activities, exercise, and sport.
Progressive strength training that rebuilds stability, control, and resilience for long-term performance.
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing persistent pain, or working toward a more active lifestyle, our goal is to help you move with confidence, perform at your best, and achieve lasting results.
At Next Level Physical Therapy, we work with athletes, active adults, and individuals throughout Narberth, the Philadelphia Main Line, and surrounding Montgomery County who want to overcome pain, improve movement, and stay active for years to come.

At Next Level Physical Therapy, we help patients throughout Narberth, the Philadelphia Main Line, and nearby Montgomery County overcome pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they enjoy. Our team treats a wide range of orthopedic injuries, mobility limitations, sports-related conditions, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain through personalized, one-on-one care.
Back pain can develop from many different factors including mobility limitations, movement compensation patterns, repetitive stress, sports injuries, lifting mechanics, postural demands, and previous injuries. Whether you are dealing with stiffness, muscle spasms, sciatica symptoms, disc-related pain, or recurring flare-ups, our team focuses on identifying the underlying movement issues contributing to your symptoms.
Using a combination of manual therapy, progressive strengthening, movement retraining, and personalized exercise programs, we help active adults and athletes regain confidence, reduce recurring pain, and return safely to work, sports, fitness, and the activities they enjoy most.
Knee pain can develop from sports injuries, overuse, post-surgical limitations, strength deficits, running mechanics, mobility restrictions, or movement compensation patterns elsewhere in the body. We commonly help patients dealing with ACL injuries, meniscus irritation, patellofemoral pain, tendon pain, and recurring knee discomfort.
By restoring strength, mobility, balance, and movement efficiency, we help patients recover from knee pain, improve lower-body function, and return to running, sports, exercise, and everyday activities with greater confidence and reduced risk of reinjury.
Hip pain can affect everything from training to running, lifting, and athletic performance. We commonly help patients dealing with hip impingement, labral irritation, muscle strains, stiffness, mobility limitations, tendon pain, and movement-related hip discomfort.
Our treatment plans combine mobility work, strength training, and movement retraining to improve hip function, reduce pain, and help patients move more efficiently so they can confidently return to exercise, athletics, and daily life.
Shoulder pain commonly affects athletes, gym-goers, active adults, and individuals performing repetitive overhead activities. Conditions such as rotator cuff irritation, impingement, labral injuries, instability, and post-surgical stiffness can significantly impact strength, mobility, and daily function.
Our treatment emphasizes restoring shoulder mobility, improving strength and movement quality, and addressing contributing factors throughout the upper body so you can return to lifting, sports, work, and everyday activities with confidence.
Neck pain and headaches are often influenced by posture, breathing mechanics, mobility limitations, muscle tension, repetitive movements, and movement compensation patterns throughout the body. Symptoms may include stiffness, tension headaches, pain with turning the head, radiating discomfort, or recurring tightness around the neck and shoulders.
We assess the way your neck, shoulders, upper back, posture, and movement patterns work together to identify contributing factors. Through hands-on care, targeted exercise, and movement retraining, we help patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and return to daily activities with greater comfort and confidence.
Ankle and foot pain can significantly impact walking, running, exercise, sports performance, and daily movement. We commonly help patients dealing with ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon pain, foot stiffness, instability, and recurring ankle injuries.
Our rehabilitation programs focus on improving mobility, rebuilding strength, enhancing balance, and optimizing movement mechanics to help patients recover from injury, reduce future setbacks, and confidently return to walking, running, sports, and everyday activities.
Elbow and wrist pain commonly develop from repetitive movements, sports activities, lifting, gripping, typing, or compensation patterns involving the shoulder and upper body. We frequently help patients experiencing tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, tendon irritation, wrist stiffness, nerve-related symptoms, and movement limitations affecting daily function.
We focus on improving upper-body strength, mobility, and movement mechanics while addressing the underlying causes of irritation. Through individualized rehabilitation, we help patients relieve pain and return confidently to work, training, sports, and everyday tasks.
Sports performance and return-to-sport training bridge the gap between rehabilitation and full athletic performance. At Next Level Physical Therapy, recovery does not stop once pain decreases. We continue progressing strength, movement quality, conditioning, and sport-specific performance so athletes can confidently return to competition and training.
Our performance-based programs incorporate strength progressions, plyometrics, agility training, return-to-run protocols, and sport-specific testing to help athletes rebuild confidence, minimize reinjury risk, and safely return to competition performing at their highest level.

Your experience at Next Level Physical Therapy begins with a comprehensive one-on-one evaluation. We take the time to understand your story, discuss your goals, assess how your body moves, and identify the underlying factors contributing to your pain or movement limitations.
Instead of focusing only on where symptoms occur, we evaluate how your entire body works together. This allows us to uncover mobility restrictions, strength deficits, movement compensations, training habits, and other factors that may be influencing your recovery.
Using what we learn during your evaluation, we’ll build a personalized treatment plan designed around your goals—whether that’s returning to sports, getting back to the gym, recovering after surgery, reducing chronic pain, or moving through everyday life with greater confidence.
We begin by discussing your symptoms, medical history, activity level, and goals so we can better understand your unique situation.
A comprehensive movement evaluation helps us identify the root cause of your pain—not just where you feel it.
Receive hands-on treatment along with guided exercises that begin improving movement and reducing pain from day one.

Working with Dr. Matt has been amazing throughout this process. I’ve been able to make noticeable improvements in my progress to returning to full strength. I started therapy with some ongoing issues in a few areas (shoulder, bicep, lower back). I’ve improved a lot along the way, and I’m excited to continue working towards my long term fitness goals. Dr. Matt is smart, attentive and great to work with. I highly recommend!
Since being introduced to Dr. Matt and his team at Next Level PT through my company, Platoon Fitness, I've been nothing but impressed. As a personal trainer, it's incredibly important to have physical therapists I trust to refer my clients to, and after working with Dr. Matt myself, that trust has only grown. I've already referred three clients to Next Level PT because I know they'll receive exceptional care and have heard nothing but glowing reviews! When I first started treatment, my left hip was extremely restricted. I had difficulty moving it through multiple ranges of motion, and was afraid this may really have a negative impact on my running. Dr. Matt took the time to identify the root of the issue, explained everything clearly, and built a plan that actually worked. Throughout the process, he has been encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. Now, I'm increasing my marathon training mileage pain-free and moving in positions, that used to bother me, without issue! As someone who works in the fitness industry every day, I appreciate how seamlessly he bridges rehabilitation with returning to performance rather than simply getting patients out of pain. Dr. Matt and his entire team are professional, welcoming, and truly care about helping people succeed. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with nagging pain, or looking to get back to doing what you love, I can't recommend Next Level PT enough.
Next Level Physical Therapy is the real deal. Dr. Matt Simcox is truly next level in his care and attention for his clients. He is professional and relates well to his clients. He goes the extra mile and he knows his stuff. My high school daughter was having knee pain and some ankle pain. We went to Next Level Physical Therapy for the free evaluation. Dr. Matt was very thorough and walked us through everything he was doing. He explained how the body was connected and as a result of my daughter's previous injuries and hip misalignment, the knees were overcompensating. Her hips, knees, and ankles were out of whack. Since she is a track athlete and was in the middle of the season, so he developed a 11 week plan tailored to her specific issues. He asked her what her goals were and came up with a plan to help her achieve those goals. She started out with minimal hip rotation, pain in her knee, and ankle stiffness. She had plateaued in her running events. Through a combination of his expertise, soft tissue techniques, exercises, etc, Dr Matt found what worked for our daughter and what her body responded to. Each session he took time to see how her day or weekend was, kept her engaged, and connected with her. Every week he sent messages seeing how she was doing and asking about her track meets. It was such a personal touch and let me know that he truly cared about our daughter as a person. He remembered details about her and encouraged her. Even when she injured her other knee, he brought us in to check her out and swiftly shifted to addressing the new injury. She had 5 days before a major competition and we weren't sure she would be able to compete. However, Dr. Matt identified the issue, came up with some solutions and exercises to help her body quickly respond so that she would still be able to compete. This was a major blessing because she would have been devastated if she couldn't compete. At the end of the 11 weeks, my daughter met her goals. She qualified for Districts and New Balance Nationals. She no longer has pain in her right knee and her hips are better aligned. She ran her PR in 2 events and got her PR, breaking her school record in the long jump. After each week, she was making significant progress at her meets. This would not have been possible without the help of Dr Matt. We are thankful. It was well worth the investment. I highly recommend Dr. Matt Simcox at Next Level Physical Therapy. He rocks!
Dr. Dan has been amazing! He takes time to explain what’s going on and to help you understand the treatment plan. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and has helped to relieve the joint pains I’ve been having. It has been a pleasure working with him and the Next Level team!
I can't recommend Next Level Physical Therapy enough. Working with Daniel has been one of the best decisions I've made for my professional career. Coming off a knee injury I was looking for a PT clinic that was 1on1, provided top tier care, and a place that focuses on the details. With that being said, next level physical therapy gave me just what I was looking for and then some. I worked with the PT Daniel and I can't thank him enough for how much he helped me. What I appreciate most about Daniel's approach is that he doesn't just treat symptoms, he takes the time to explain the "why" behind everything. Every session felt like an opportunity to learn more about my body, movement patterns, and how to prevent future issues. Instead of simply giving me exercises to do, he made sure I understood their purpose and how they fit into my overall recovery and performance goals. Daniel was very supportive and truly cared about my progression as a patient. Not only did I return to my sport feeling the best I've had in years, but I also gained knowledge that I will keep with me for the rest of my life. If you're looking for a physical therapist who is knowledgeable, professional, invested in your success, and committed to helping you understand your body while getting lasting results, I highly recommend Daniel and the team at Next Level Physical Therapy.
Dan really helped me with my arm pain! I highly recommend coming here!
I’ve started with PT Daniel and he’s been phenomenal. He’s helped me improve my lower body imbalances and reduce shoulder pain. His dry needling treatment has also been great for reducing inflammation!
I felt like I had nails stabbing through my hips. I was getting no sleep, had to sit up to even turn over in bed for a couple of minutes of relief before the pain started again. I was in pain whether sitting, standing or lying down. I was at the end of my rope, the pain affected every aspect of my life. I started researching different treatment options. I didn't want traditional pt, sitting on a bike, lying on a heating pad or doing cookie cutter exercises while the therapist ran back and forth between multiple patients. Then I came across Next Level Physical Therapy and Dr. Matt Simcox. He did a full body evaluation of range of motion, posture, movement patterns and pain levels before developing a complete plan specific to MY needs. I get a full hour of one on one care, he adjusts and progresses this plan based on my progress. We work as a team both committed to being successful, I can reach out to him at any time with questions or to address any concerns. During all of this he is giving me the tools to continue being successful after my sessions end. I have 2 sessions remaining and I am able to garden, enjoy my normal activities and best of all get sleep. Thank you Dr. Matt for giving me my life back, I truly appreciate you! And I am no longer pidgened toed after 60 years of being so!
My experience with Dr. Dan has been very positive and productive. Dr. Dan’s individual -ized attention along with his isometrics program has made a big difference in my rehabilitation. His positive attitude, his knowledge and caring nature has made this experience special and healing! Thank you Dr. Dan!

The effects were visible all over my body. Following our consultation, I began small Exercises to reduce pain and restore movement throw a gradual and steady program, I was able to get back on the mats in I had of scheduled. Dr Matt provided me with a specialized program tailored to not only my injury, but also my physical and mental capabilities. The entire process was collaborative and I believe it took weeks off of my recovery time. The environment is clean, friendly and welcoming all of the staff is pleasant and Dr Matt took a genuine interest In me as a person, not just a patient or problem to be solved.
