About Dr. Michael Roseman
Dr. Michael earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University after completing undergraduate studies in Organic Chemistry at Washington College. He specializes in orthopedic and neurological conditions, working with active adults and athletes of all levels. He has a clinical interest in rotational and overhead throwing athletes, drawing on his experience as a collegiate baseball pitcher.
Treatment Philosophy
Dr. Michael takes a holistic, individualized approach to treatment, recognizing that every person moves differently and has unique goals. From the very first session, he takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, aspirations, and challenges, using a comprehensive assessment to develop a personalized treatment plan grounded in the latest evidence-based practices. As they work together, Dr. Michael continually evaluates how each patient’s body moves and adapts interventions and exercises to address their specific needs. His ultimate goal is not only to help patients overcome pain and limitations, but also to empower them to move with confidence, achieve their goals, and perform at their highest potential.

Why I Became a Physical Therapist
“My interest in physical therapy really began during my time playing collegiate baseball, when I watched several of my teammates go through the long and challenging recovery process following UCL injuries. Seeing their hard work pay off and watching them return to the sport they loved was incredibly rewarding and inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others do the same. What I love most about physical therapy is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. I’m a believer in empowering people through education, helping them better understand how their bodies move, why they may be experiencing certain limitations, and what they can do to take control of their health. I believe in the saying ‘movement is medicine,’ and my goal is to help people not only get out of pain, but build the confidence to keep doing the things they love and are passionate about.”
