I've had my fair share of physical therapists dating back to middle school. Including a few motor vehicle accidents and a couple of surgeries, only increased my time in physical therapy as I became older. I eventually decided to take a leap of faith and reach out to Next Level Physical Therapy. I was paired with Dr. Erin, and within my intake session, she answered more questions about my body than other therapists combined. She was able to explain exactly why I felt the way I have for years. Improvements have been made through customized, specific routines to work out the kinks in my body and feel better. During the sessions, Dr. Erin can tweak corrective exercises on the fly to improve my measurements without causing any discomfort. Next Level Physical Therapy avoids the cookie-cutter approach used by several other therapists. The only downside is that the session package price points are somewhat high. But an investment in your health and wellbeing is worth every penny.
Dr. Elyse has been great, informative, helpful and supportive during my time so far at next level physical therapy. From helping with my knee pain, to understanding the root cause of it all to avoid future injuries have been very educational and I’m so grateful. When working out, I’m finally able to understand form, assess any pain I may potentially feel in the moment and enjoy the rest of my session oppose to having to compensate and feel defeated. I’m truly excited to get stronger and see what the future holds in my gym journey. -shea
As a mechanic, I spend most of my day hunched over engine bays or working with my hands above my head while servicing vehicles on a lift. Years of that took a toll on my body, and I came to Next Level PT with chronic low back pain and herniated discs at L4-L5 and L5-S1. Dr. Erin took the time to thoroughly evaluate not only my injuries but also the underlying causes of my pain. She developed a personalized treatment plan with corrective exercises and strengthening routines focused on improving my stability, mobility, and long-term function rather than just treating the symptoms. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my back pain, and I’ve also learned how to move and work in ways that help prevent future injuries. Dr. Erin is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients’ success. I highly recommend Next Level PT to anyone dealing with pain, especially those in physically demanding trades like automotive repair.
I love the encouraging atmosphere, as well as the dedication Devi presented to help me walk and run pain free. Next level’s professionals will put you on track to an athletic lifestyle well into your 60’s!!
Came in there coukdnt stand straight. All kinds of hip and low back pain.. and functional scholosis. My spine was twisted like an S .. needless to say.. the therapy has really made a diffarence in my day to day. Like and has me pretty limit free im the Gym now THANL YOU Elyse!!
I originally came in to see Dr. Erin for upper back pain, but what has impressed me most is her comprehensive approach to physical therapy. Rather than focusing only on where I was experiencing pain, she evaluated how my body was moving as a whole to identify the underlying causes. Dr. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable and does a great job explaining how everything in the body is connected, which has helped me better understand my movement and recovery. I've already noticed meaningful improvements and really appreciate that the focus is on long-term results rather than just treating symptoms.
Next Level goes beyond what typical physical therapy does to get you back to doing what you love with confidence. Dr. Devi got me moving better and feeling better by addressing movement limitations as well as symptoms and helped me develop a toolkit of strategies to keep building resilience and to address another flare up should it occur. On top of that, Dr. Devi is super fun to work with. Highly recommend.
I came to Next Level PT dealing with significant abdominal pain and debilitating hip flexor pain that was affecting my daily life. From day one, Erin Hayes was exactly the kind of physical therapist I was looking for! What immediately set Erin apart was her approach — she didn’t just treat my symptoms and send me on my way. She used real measurements and data to establish a baseline, track my progress, and make informed adjustments to my treatment plan. Erin was knowledgeable, patient, and has kept me accountable. She pushed me to stay consistent even when progress felt slow, and that accountability made all the difference. Not only is my pain gone, Erin equipped me with a set of tools and exercises designed to make sure it doesn’t come back. I highly recommend Next Level PT and Erin if you’re looking for a physical therapist who combines expertise, data-driven care, and genuine investment in your long-term health,
Elyse and her team are incredibly knowledgable, flexible, and kind. In addition, the practice was very transparent about billing and insurance practices. Elyse listened carefully to my experience and explained the reasoning behind treatments in an easy to understand way. Due to her guidance, I feel confident that I'll be able to manage my condition independently once I complete my treatment plan. Thank you, thank you!
I’ve been going to Next Level for about a year now, and working with Dr. Devi has honestly been life-changing. I originally started PT because I was dealing with really bad knee pain and sciatica. After just a few sessions with Dr. Devi, my pain improved so much. She not only helped me get out of pain, but she also created a program to help me get stronger and make sure the pain didn’t keep coming back. Even after my knee and sciatica improved, I kept going because she helped me work toward other strength and fitness goals. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and always takes the time to explain things. She pushes you to improve while making sure you’re doing things safely and not getting injured. What I appreciate most is that she genuinely cares about her patients. She’s not just focused on treating the problem. She wants to help you get stronger, move better, and be more active overall. Before coming to Next Level, I went to another PT clinic for 9 months and saw very little improvement. The one on one sessions with Dr. Devi made such a huge difference. Having personalized attention and feedback is completely different from the groups PT I experienced before. I’m so glad I found Dr. Devi and Next Level. I can’t recommend them enough!
