Like most, I’ve gone to PT before and been handed a cookie cutter list of exercises to do on my own and ended up with only minimal actual relief. As a currently serving Active Duty Soldier and soon to be dad, I may not be an “athlete”, but my physical health is vital for my career and life. When I first came in, my hips were stiff and always aching, my low back constantly tense and in pain, and I had a new shoulder injury that basically disabled my arm. I’ve about 2/3rds of the way through our program, but working with Matt has been night and day. If you had told me that I’d be on the golf course, passing my PT test with minimal issue, and doing all the gym workout exercises that I used to be afraid of, or just hurt, by now, I wouldn’t believe you. If you want cookie cutter “traditional PT”, Next Level isn’t for you. If you’re ready to put the work in and serious about rehabbing injuries and coming out stronger and better than maybe even before your injuries popped up, Next Level is the place to be.

My family was introduced to Next Level PT several years ago by a training partner of my son when he was in high school. He is now in his third year as a college lacrosse player and has been seeing Dr. Artem this entire time to stay physically healthy and strong throughout his college career. Last fall, I had an acute back issue — likely related to playing golf — and decided to see Dr. Artem myself. I had experienced nagging hip and glute pain for many years and had seen both orthopaedic MDs and other PTs to help identify the issue, with no resolution. Artem identified several areas and movement imbalances that were contributing to poor patterns, and I began a weekly program that spanned several months (now a monthly check-in). He built a graduated strength program tailored to my needs, and five months later, I no longer have the hip and glute pain — and I'm very much looking forward to returning to golf this spring! I honestly thought my hip issue was something I was going to have to live with, and I am so grateful for the program Artem created to improve my movement and overall function. We now have four family members who have been treated by Next Level, and we've recommended the practice to several of my sons' teammates. What I appreciate most is the truly customized diagnostics, care, and ongoing assessments that Next Level provides. I can't recommend them highly enough — and especially Dr. Artem. He has been an incredible asset in helping my two sons navigate injuries and stay healthy through their soccer and lacrosse seasons, and has helped me with my own injury as well. He is a phenomenal resource for any athlete — both for working through an injury and, more importantly, for building a program to stay strong and healthy long-term. I also want to give a special shout-out to Jess, who is absolutely wonderful with scheduling, insurance, and always keeping us on track with appointment reminders. Our family has truly found our physical therapy "home" with Next Level PT!

I came to Next Level after struggling with patellofemoral pain that completely sidelined my active lifestyle. I had tried PT elsewhere, but nothing really improved. From the moment I walked into Next Level, Dr. Matt literally held my hand and guided me through every step of my recovery. If you’re looking for a PT who actually cares, keeps you accountable, and somehow makes rehab fun—Dr. Matt is your guy! He actually pays attention—not just to my progress but to how I feel—adjusting exercises as needed instead of sticking to some cookie-cutter plan. I went from barely making it through 18 holes of golf to playing basketball effortlessly. If you’re dealing with pain and feel like you’re stuck, trust me—go see Dr. Matt. He’ll push you, cheer for you, and probably make you laugh through the process. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much, Doc. Matt I’m truly grateful for your help in getting me back to the activities I love💪🏽

Have you ever wondered how people choose the names of their companies? It should be one of separation from the norm, easy to remember, catchy and one that depicts what they do and who they are. I feel Dr Leor Giladi and Next Level meet those requirements. Dr Giladi is a server who listens to his client’s needs and concerns; which allows him to formulate a program to help clients reach their goal. It’s not the pre-cut cookie sheet regimen. In my opinion, Next Level is exceptional. As an X athlete, with the following operations (2 back, 3 hip, 2 knee, and 1 total knee replacement) I am confident I can share my positive results. Previous physical therapists missed the oncoming knee infection and their PT program left me with incomplete results. I was very disappointed. My knee was stiff, sore, and getting in the way of my golf game! I found Next Level through my golfing buddy who recommended them based on the results that both he and his wife had with their practice. Dr Giladi informed me that he takes a different approach, focused on the whole body, and started asking me about my activities, goals, and expectations. I could feel the difference just from this first conversation. During my first 3 visits things were different than I expected and I began to question where the knee PT was. Little did I know he was taking me on a different journey, setting a strong foundation for more challenging exercises later in the plan; which I learned to appreciate. This journey encompassed mind, body, breathing, work ethic, and trust in both the therapist and the process. What a journey it was! My knee is more flexible, less painful, I can get up and down from the floor more easily, and I am (most importantly) able to walk the course and play a full 18 holes without worry. Every company and organization needs a Dr Leor Giladi. Thanks Dr G for your services. George Blanchard-A satisfied customer

I came to Next Level and Dr. Kate having had debilitating back/hip spasms every six months for roughly the past three or four years. Prior I had been to three physical therapists who all said relatively the same thing in terms of the problem with my back and the solutions to combat it. Next Level was different from the start, doing a whole body evaluation and being the only ones to recognize that my problem did not stem from my back, but rather my pelvis, and that was negatively affecting everything I was doing in a very active lifestyle. I first worked with Dr. Kate on corrective exercises that immediately started getting pain relief and setting my body up for success in the short and long term. After that, we worked on re-learning movement patterns so that as I returned to sports (weightlifting, running, golf, basketball) I understood how to properly use my body in the task at hand. Thanks to Dr. Kate, as I return to sport, I am now not only physically primed to properly execute whatever challenges I’m throwing at my body, but also mentally confident that I have a long term plan in place so that my body can handle whatever challenges I present it with!

When I saw the pop up add for Next Level Physical Therapy I was intrigued, but have to admit skeptical. I was 60 years old and have been dealing with pain from injuries sustained from the past 4 decades. I had been through PT a number of times just to get some use back in my shoulder and knee, but there was always the residual pain. I signed up for 12 sessions with Dr. Bree Franko and followed her instructions. After the first couple of sessions I could start to see changes. I had been walking stairs with kind of a peg leg since my left knee usually didn't bend well in the morning and I was now starting to do that normally. I also noticed that the constant swelling that I had been experiencing had diminished substantially. The biggest difference was in my shoulder. I had torn 80% of my labrum in a car accident 16 years prior and had limited range of motion and quite a bit of pain depending on what I did. I had been a pretty avid golfer before the car accident, but after the surgery to repair the labrum, it would take about 5 days for the pain to go away after playing a scramble. After my first 10 sessions, I was at a company golf function and swung a club on the range. It was pain free and I decided to play. I woke up the next morning feeling good and no pain. Went out and played again after that and again, pain free. I am actually writing this about 2 months after finishing my 12 sessions and am happy to report that I am still doing well and the home exercises I was given have helped me maintain everything I got out of the sessions. I honestly thought I was going to be in pain for the rest of my life and I now I feel like I am going to be able to manage that by keeping up with the exercises that are keeping me in alignment. Thank you Dr. Bree for everything and couldn't be happier that I made the decision to come see you, but more importantly to listen and follow your instructions.
