Our Southampton clinic was built for people who expect more than a traditional physical therapy experience. If you’ve been frustrated by generic treatment plans or temporary relief, our team is here to identify the true source of your pain and help you achieve lasting results.
Every visit is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, giving you individualized care that’s tailored to your goals, movement patterns, and progress—not a one-size-fits-all program.

At Next Level, we bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance so you can move better, build long-term resilience, and stay active with confidence.
Pain is often the result of how your body moves, compensates, and adapts over time. Rather than focusing only on where it hurts, we evaluate how your entire body works together to uncover the true source of the problem.
Hands-on techniques that reduce pain, improve mobility, and prepare your body for more effective movement.
Targeted mobility work, soft-tissue treatment, and recovery strategies that restore movement and support long-term progress.
Correct faulty movement patterns to improve how you squat, lift, run, and move throughout everyday life.
Progressive strength training designed to restore stability, improve resilience, and help you return to the activities you enjoy.

At Next Level Physical Therapy, we help patients throughout Southampton, Bucks County, and Northeast Philadelphia recover from pain, restore movement, and get back to the activities they enjoy. We treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries, movement limitations, sports-related conditions, post-surgical cases, and chronic pain through individualized, one-on-one care.
Back pain can develop from many different factors including mobility limitations, movement compensation patterns, repetitive stress, sports injuries, lifting mechanics, postural demands, and previous injuries. Whether you are dealing with stiffness, muscle spasms, sciatica symptoms, disc-related pain, or recurring flare-ups, our team focuses on identifying the underlying movement issues contributing to your symptoms.
Using a combination of hands-on therapy, progressive strengthening, movement retraining, and personalized exercise programming, we help people throughout Southampton regain confidence in their movement, return to the activities they enjoy, and reduce the likelihood of future flare-ups.
Knee pain can develop from sports injuries, overuse, post-surgical limitations, strength deficits, running mechanics, mobility restrictions, or movement compensation patterns elsewhere in the body. We commonly help patients dealing with ACL injuries, meniscus irritation, patellofemoral pain, tendon pain, and recurring knee discomfort.
Treatment focuses on restoring lower-body strength, improving mobility and movement mechanics, and building the stability needed to return to running, sports, lifting, and everyday activities with greater confidence and less fear of reinjury.
Hip pain can affect everything from training to running, lifting, and athletic performance. We commonly help patients dealing with hip impingement, labral irritation, muscle strains, stiffness, mobility limitations, tendon pain, and movement-related hip discomfort.
Our team assesses how the hips, pelvis, lower back, and surrounding muscles function together to uncover the movement patterns contributing to discomfort. We then create a personalized plan to improve mobility, rebuild strength, optimize movement, and support a confident return to exercise, sports, and daily life.
Shoulder pain commonly affects athletes, gym-goers, active adults, and individuals performing repetitive overhead activities. Conditions such as rotator cuff irritation, impingement, labral injuries, instability, and post-surgical stiffness can significantly impact strength, mobility, and daily function.
Our treatment approach looks at how the shoulder works together with the upper back, rib cage, and surrounding muscles to restore healthy movement. By improving mobility, rebuilding strength, and refining movement mechanics, we help patients return to sports, work, lifting, and everyday activities with confidence.
Neck pain and headaches are often influenced by posture, breathing mechanics, mobility limitations, muscle tension, repetitive movements, and movement compensation patterns throughout the body. Symptoms may include stiffness, tension headaches, pain with turning the head, radiating discomfort, or recurring tightness around the neck and shoulders.
We evaluate how the neck, shoulders, rib cage, posture, and surrounding muscles work together to identify movement limitations contributing to pain. Through manual therapy, targeted mobility work, corrective exercise, and progressive strengthening, we help patients move more comfortably and return to their daily activities with confidence.
Ankle and foot pain can significantly impact walking, running, exercise, sports performance, and daily movement. We commonly help patients dealing with ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon pain, foot stiffness, instability, and recurring ankle injuries.
We assess ankle and foot mobility, strength, walking mechanics, and overall lower-body movement to identify the factors contributing to your symptoms. Treatment is designed to restore stability, improve movement quality, reduce reinjury risk, and help you confidently return to running, sports, training, and everyday activities.
Elbow and wrist pain commonly develop from repetitive movements, sports activities, lifting, gripping, typing, or compensation patterns involving the shoulder and upper body. We frequently help patients experiencing tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, tendon irritation, wrist stiffness, nerve-related symptoms, and movement limitations affecting daily function.
Our team identifies the movement patterns and loading demands contributing to irritation while improving mobility, strength, coordination, and upper-body function. Through individualized rehabilitation and movement-focused care, we help patients return to work, exercise, sports, and daily activities with less pain and greater confidence.
Sports performance and return-to-sport training bridge the gap between rehabilitation and full athletic performance. At Next Level Physical Therapy, recovery does not stop once pain decreases. We continue progressing strength, movement quality, conditioning, and sport-specific performance so athletes can confidently return to competition and training.
We use progressive return-to-sport programming, strength development, plyometrics, agility drills, and sport-specific testing to prepare athletes for the demands of competition. Whether you're returning after surgery, recovering from an injury, or looking to perform at a higher level, every plan is tailored to your goals and the demands of your sport.

Your first appointment at Next Level Physical Therapy begins with a comprehensive one-on-one evaluation. We take the time to understand your story, learn about your goals, assess how you move, and identify the factors contributing to your pain or movement limitations.
Instead of focusing only on where symptoms appear, we evaluate how your entire body moves together. This helps us uncover mobility restrictions, strength deficits, movement patterns, training habits, or previous injuries that may be affecting your recovery.
Using everything we learn during your evaluation, we create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals—whether that’s returning to sports, getting back in the gym, recovering after surgery, reducing chronic pain, or simply moving through everyday life with greater confidence.
We begin by learning about your symptoms, goals, daily activities, and medical history.
A full-body movement assessment helps identify why your symptoms developed—not just where they occur.
Receive hands-on care and guided exercises that start building progress during your very first visit.
You'll leave with a personalized roadmap, clear milestones, and a strategy for continued progress.
Manual treatment techniques that improve mobility, reduce pain, and prepare your body for movement.

As a high level lacrosse player going through their recruitment process, staying healthy is an absolute must in order to not miss out on any opportunities. I came to Next Level with a specific injury that had bothered me for months all throughout my past summer season. I was given a clear and personalized plan of recovery straight away, and when I came back to competing, I was even stronger than I was before. Since then, Next Level has become apart of my routine. I check in weekly/monthly for analysis, which has helped me maintain my health. It’s put a new emphasis of recovery in my life and what it means to be an athlete, truly changing my game. I also feel that what uniquely separates Next Level from other PT’s that I have been to is the atmosphere. Next Level has a thoughtfully dedicated staff that simply cares. I not only look forward to improving myself when I come in for my sessions, but seeing the familiar faces.
Dr Artem, is Awesome ... I've suffered from cronic joint pain most of my life, traditional PT has never worked, surgery was next ... I signed up to rehab my shoulder, but received much, much more ... we explored the root of the problem, and I now have the tools and understanding to make my entire body stronger, not just my shoulder.
I came to Dr. Artem with rotator cuff damage, and a torn pectoral from training Jiu-Jitsu. Fast forward to now completing the program, and I have little to no pain and my range of motion is back!!! Even the support staff that does the scheduling is amazing, and were very accommodating to my consistently changing work schedule. Thank you again to Dr. Artem and his team🙏
12 years ago, I had a lower lumbar disk rupture, and another herniate. Although the local injury healed over time, I now understand that the supporting and surrounding muscles never regained balance; their tendency to overprotect the body has resulted in various muscle groups being constantly tight, and then compensating for this and that in an endless cycle of doom. Before Next Level Physical Therapy, I woke up EVERY single day for years with a tight lower back. I would start every morning with a long walk and then various stretches to get to somewhat normal. If I missed my morning routine, and then moved the wrong way or lifted a box the wrong way, a flare up would be more likely. I often felt like I was walking on eggshells, where the wrong move in my daily life (playing with kids, lifting at work) would ruin my next week. This went on for years. Flare ups could be severe and had me cancel weekend plans, flights on a couple occasions and last summer even an out of country summer vacation. I learned about Dr. Artem through my wife’s colleague. I started reading their reviews and they were insanely positive (at the time the Southampton location had over 230 5-star reviews, maybe one 4.5-star review, and that was it). I became cautiously optimistic that maybe Next Level PT could fix my stubborn back issues. After evaluating me, Dr. Artem was confident he could help. Specifically in my case, he said that he’d need to, as for an onion, peel back multiple layers of problems and tight muscle groups that have engrained themselves over the years. And that’s exactly what he was able to do, as long as I did all my homework (assigned exercises that changed session to session as I progressed). After working with Dr. Artem, my life has changed, I’ve gotten my active lifestyle back! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Artem. As other reviews have mentioned, he really does have an array of techniques and I believe they’re at the cutting edge of PT. The once omnipresent tightness is gone. I’m now in the gym 2-3x per week without the hovering risk of flare ups. I’m able to play sports with my kids, bend my back instead of breaking it with yardwork, and am able to jog, feeling alive instead of feeling pain. A little bit of a long review, but hopefully relatable, helpful and encouraging if you’re considering giving Next Level PT a try.
As a clinic that works closely with athletes and active individuals, we are extremely selective about who we trust for physical therapy referrals. At The Recovery Vault P.C., we only refer our patients to Dr. Artem Imnadze at Next Level PT because of the exceptional level of care, professionalism, and results he consistently delivers. Dr. Artem takes the time to properly assess each patient, explain the treatment process, and create individualized plans focused on long-term recovery and performance — not just temporary relief. His knowledge, hands-on approach, and dedication to patient outcomes truly set him apart. Our patients have had outstanding experiences with him, and we fully trust him with the people we care for. If you are looking for a physical therapist who genuinely cares and knows how to get results, we highly recommend Next Level PT and Dr. Artem Imnadze.
With being a professional athlete, having played in the NFL for 5 years now. I have been to MANY different physical therapy clinics. But the team at the Southampton next level physical therapy is by far the best therapists that I have EVER been to. Starting with Artem, he knows so much about the human body and you can tell that he is very passionate about continuing his learning and helping people feel better. Rich also is very invested in to doing whatever it takes to get his clients better. Lastly, the receptionist Jess is thorough, communicates and always responds in a timely manner. The team altogether makes the process of going to physical therapy much easier, and they will MAKE SURE you are better then when you first walk in the building. GURANTEED! I would recommend them to any and everyone. I appreciate you guys!
I am happy to recommend NEXT LEVEL PHYSICAL THERAPY, especially being under the care of Dr. Rich, he is always right on target with his treatment. Jess keeps the place humming and scheduling on track. The experience at Next Level PT is superior to any other of my experiences. So, next time, choose NEXT LEVEL PHYSICAL THERAPY!
As a 56 year old with 2 prior heart events, fitness plays a crucial role in my life. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is how I chose to meet these fitness goals. So when I started to experience significant shoulder pain, it was imperative that I find a way through it. After visiting my my primary care physician, my local PT, and an Orthopedist no relief was in sight. It wasn't until I was put in touch with Dr. Artem Imnadze with Next level Physical Therapy that I began to see a light at the end of the tunnel. To begin, Dr Imnadze (A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt himself) took a full hour just to understand the nuances of my situation, this included understanding my lifestyle, my goals, the pain I was experiencing and the importance of fitness on my life. From there he developed a comprehensive plan for treatment and walked me through it with complete rationale for each step of the way. After a few weeks of treatment I began to feel subtle relief, I couldn't believe it, after several months of desperation I legitimately began to feel relief. By the end of my treatment plan, not only did I feel better but I felt I had the tools to manage any pain that may creep back in over time. I can't thank Dr Artem enough for the expertise he brought to bear on my situation and the time he took to understand me comprehensively. Can't recommend this gentleman enough - engage with confidence.
With Next Level, you get what you pay for. I started my journey with Next Level in 2022. I won't get into all the backstory but I came in with prior chronic back and neck pain from an auto accident, and I was also having pain in my right shoulder. My first meeting with Next Level, I'll admit I was suspicious, because they pitched a rather high up-front cost, and they were not in my medical network. After my initial conversation with Artem, and the conscientious follow-up I received from him, I decided to bite the bullet, take the risk, and see what the end result would be. I am so glad I did. I have had quite a bit of experience with other physical therapy practices, and Artem exceeded all expectations. While another office maybe works with you directly for the first 10-15 minutes and sends you off to do exercises on your own, Next Level gives you the entire appointment, one-on-one with your therapist - They do not overlap appointments. They give you their FULL ATTENTION while you are there, and they follow up with detailed instructions emailed to you, so you can continue working after you leave. So, while I admit it was financially a bit of a stretch for me initially, they really are "Next Level" in the attention they give you and the strategies they offer to the patient. Since December 2023 I have not been a regular patient, but my life significantly improved because of them, and it was worth every penny.
I’m an avid runner and was training for my first marathon back in may of 2025 and had significant knee pain which derailed my marathon and was not able to attend the race. I found Next Level PT from a quick google search and the reviews were all positive and decided to give them a call. I can’t say anymore great things about Next Level, my Physical Therapist Dr. Rich was awesome and very informative, he led me back to running at full strength and was able to run the Philly Marathon in 3:46:28 back in November. I highly recommend Next Level Physical Therapy.
