Dr. Justin earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. His career has been focused on understanding how high-quality care is delivered and how systems can be built to better serve people experiencing pain. He has spent much of his professional life studying how clarity, structure, and intention can improve outcomes, not only in health care but across organizations.
Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Justin recognized that the deeper a problem is understood, the clearer and more effective the solution becomes. This belief shaped how he approached physical therapy and ultimately led him to help build a company centered on creating meaningful, lasting change in people’s lives.
Why I Started Next Level
Dr. Justin has always been drawn to growth, innovation, and challenging the status quo. Throughout his life, he has built businesses aligned with his interests and in areas where he believed improvement was necessary. While working in physical therapy, he saw a significant gap between what people needed to truly resolve their pain and what they were actually receiving, and he knew there had to be a better way.
Dr. Justin strongly believed that the clinical model Dr. Mike was developing had the potential to bridge that gap. He partnered with Dr. Mike to build a company focused on raising the standard of care and creating a system that could make a real and lasting impact in people’s lives.

Outside the Clinic
Outside of Next Level, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, along with his dog and two guinea pigs.
