Why I Became a Physical Therapist

“I’ve always been passionate about helping people overcome injuries and get back to what they love doing the most. I was a three-sport athlete in high school (basketball, soccer, and softball) and played collegiate basketball at Ithaca College. Ultimately, my third knee injury over the course of my career resulted in my decision to retire from basketball. I witnessed firsthand the efficient recovery process, improved performance, and greater overall function attained through high-quality, individualized treatment.”
