A running gait analysis uses advanced technology to evaluate how your body moves while running. We combine treadmill running with 3D gait analysis software that evaluates your body’s center of mass and how it behaves with each step.

This allows us to understand not just what your running looks like, but why it is placing stress on certain areas and what needs to change to reduce pain or improve efficiency.

DATA-DRIVEN RUNNING INSIGHT

Using 3D gait analysis software such as Runeasi, we evaluate key running variables including impact loading, right to left symmetry, dynamic stability, cadence, and ground contact time.

This software allows us to analyze how your body’s center of mass moves with each stride and how efficiently you absorb and produce force while running.

These objective measures help us identify inefficiencies and loading patterns that contribute to pain, breakdown, or stalled performance over time.

FULL-BODY MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

Pain is not always coming from where you feel it.

We assess mobility, stability, and movement control throughout the body to identify limitations that affect how force is absorbed and transferred while you run. Restrictions at the hips, trunk, or ankles often show up as knee or foot pain during running.
