Outside the Clinic
Outside of the clinic, Leor is usually diving into a new rabbit hole and learning as much as he can about a variety of seemingly random topics. He is a huge fan of anime, gaming, Marvel, and sci-fi. His musical taste is equally eclectic. Depending on the weekend, you might find him dancing at a techno festival or headbanging at a metal show. At home, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, his dog, Mochi, and his two cats, Loki and Kitty von Doom.
Why I Became a Physical Therapist
“My path to PT was not a straight line. I originally studied biotechnology because I love understanding first principles and how things truly work, but my life changed during my own personal health transformation. At my heaviest, I was near 350 pounds. Through a dedicated journey, I lost 130 pounds and discovered the confidence and freedom that comes with a strong body. I became a trainer to share that feeling, but when I saw clients stuck in pain that standard approaches could not fix, I knew I had to go deeper. I became a physical therapist to be the person who can solve complex problems and help people feel free in their bodies again.”
