Outside the Clinic
Outside of the clinic, Tom enjoys weightlifting, hiking with his family, surfing, and fishing. Staying active helps him relate to the challenges many patients face, including maintaining consistency, balancing recovery, and pursuing performance goals outside of work. He values the discipline and patience required in both training and rehabilitation.
Why I Became a Physical Therapist
“My journey to become a physical therapist was shaped by my own experiences with sport-related injuries as a swimmer and rugby player. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to be sidelined from the activities you love. Those experiences inspired me to help others not only recover, but return stronger, more confident, and better prepared to prevent future injuries.”
