Regularly going to Next Level has been a pivotal decision in my journey as an athlete. The team at Next Level adopts a holistic, tailored approach to physical therapy/training. I really appreciate the systematic, long-term view that Next Level uses to improve outcomes. My program features corrective exercises as well as a strengthening routine that is relevant to my sport. Simple breathing exercises to improve hip and rib alignment have increased my mobility and decreased niggles. Most importantly, the team at Next Level clearly explains why and how we do an exercise and how it fits into my broader goals.
