AWARD WINNING PHYSICAL THERAPY treatment

UNDERSTANDING BACK PAIN

DID YOU KNOW...that your back pain may not actually stem from your back.

Imbalances in your hips, pelvis, or even feet could be putting extra stress on your back.

Simply put, "WHERE" you are experiencing pain is not "WHY" you are experiencing pain.

THE "WHY vs WHERE"

Our NEXT LEVEL SYSTEM addresses your entire body, allowing us to uncover the HIDDEN FACTORS contributing to your pain.

Other treatments fail, because they only address the pain point (THE WHERE) and that's it.

Does this sound familiar...

After countless hours of stretches, treatments, doctor visits...

I came to Next Level after struggling with patellofemoral pain that completely sidelined my active lifestyle. I had tried PT elsewhere, but nothing really improved. From the moment I walked into Next Level, Dr. Matt literally held my hand and guided me through every step of my recovery. If you’re looking for a PT who actually cares, keeps you accountable, and somehow makes rehab fun—Dr. Matt is your guy!He actually pays attention—not just to my progress but to how I feel—adjusting exercises as needed instead of sticking to some cookie-cutter plan. I went from barely making it through 18 holes of golf to playing basketball effortlessly. If you’re dealing with pain and feel like you’re stuck, trust me—go see Dr. Matt. He’ll push you, cheer for you, and probably make you laugh through the process. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much, Doc. Matt I’m truly grateful for your help in getting me back to the activities I love💪🏽

It is early 2025. Greetings to my readers. As I write this review and I feel very grateful for my transformative experience on my Physical therapy at this Next Level PT center at Robbinsville, NJ.About 8-9 months, I came to the center for my stiff/frozen shoulder a condition that was lingering around for quite some year prior. I was limited on the range of motions not on my shoulder but adjoining areas - neck, core, hip etc and could witness a slower performance be it sports or other intense activities.Today, it all seems like a thing about the past. The pain gone, body performance, motion ranges like when I was in my teens and twenties. Thanks a ton to Dr. Leor. Not just the improvement that I witness but also the associated coaching, mentoring, education and the knowledge imparted is the differentiator. This is a sustainable model. What makes this more like-able is the professionalism, the empathy and the courteous staff. To anyone considering Physical Therapy (PT) , my recommendation and shout out goes to Next Level and Dr. Leor.It has been a fantastic experience.

Can't say enough good things about Leor. He is so knowledgeable in all areas of the body and how the body functions as a whole. He explains things very well and spends time making sure you are comfortable doing the exercies/therapy before you leave. Very kind and compassionate. Genuinely cares about his patients and has a good sense of humor. All around the best therapy experience i have ever had. Highly recommend him and his staff.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Next Level Physical Therapy, LLC, after coming across one of their promotions. I decided to check it out to see how they could help with the persistent pain in both of my shoulders.During my first session, Dr. Matthew Simcox conducted a thorough evaluation to assess my current condition. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also personable, with a great sense of humor that made the sessions enjoyable. He was always clear with his instructions, which helped me feel confident and engaged throughout the process. For what I could afford, I started with an 8-session package, which I found to be reasonably priced. Their approach is completely different from the traditional physical therapy methods I’ve experienced elsewhere. It felt tailored to my needs and was more focused on real, functional progress. As the weeks went by, I noticed significant improvements. The most gratifying part was that the pain in my shoulders disappeared—a result I hadn’t experienced with other therapies. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares and delivers results, I highly recommend Next Level Physical Therapy. Dr. Simcox and the team are fantastic, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received.

This past summer, my son suffered an injury while playing baseball on the beach. He twisted his knee pretty badly, and after visiting a local orthopedic emergency center, the orthopedic surgeon recommended surgery. A family friend suggested we get a second opinion and recommended NextLevel Physical Therapy for an evaluation. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed with the professionalism and welcoming atmosphere. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped. Dr. Matthew Simcox took the time to thoroughly assess my son's injury, listening carefully to his concerns and explaining all available treatment options. Dr. Simcox emphasized that surgery should only be a last resort if other treatments didn't work, which gave us hope.At first, we were uncertain about physical therapy being enough, but after just a few weeks of treatment, we noticed a significant improvement in my son's condition. Dr. Simcox worked closely with him to strengthen the muscles around his knee and improve his range of motion. What stood out most was how personalized the treatment plan was. Dr. Simcox not only focused on recovery but also educated my son on how to avoid future injuries and made sure he was feeling confident throughout the process. What I truly appreciated was the level of care and attention my son received. Dr. Simcox was always professional, yet kind and approachable. He kept us updated on his progress and was available to answer any questions along the way.In the end, my son was able to avoid surgery and fully recover. He’s now back to being part of his school swim team, which we were uncertain he’d be able to do after the injury. We’re so grateful for Dr. Simcox’s expertise and for the care my son received at NextLevel Physical Therapy.I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Simcox at NextLevel Physical Therapy for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate approach to injury recovery. He’s dedicated to helping his patients get back to their active lives.

I have had the pleasure of working exclusively with Leor over the past 6+ months and my experience has exceeded all expectations I had of physical therapy. Leor and the Next Level team have been extremely helpful at correcting my weight lifting form(s) and enhancing my exercises for at home training and at the gym. Leor possesses a wealth of knowledge in fitness and physical therapy. I highly recommend Leor and his partners at Next Level to anybody looking for physical therapy regardless of one’s age, physical shape, and experience.

All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, but I truly cannot say enough about my experience working with Dr. Matt. From my very first session Dr. Matt took the time to really get to know me - my goals, my expectations, my concerns, etc. I had spoken to multiple PTs in the past about my chronic knee/hip pain and all that I ever got was bandaids that treated the symptoms, not the cause. Dr. Matt took an amazingly holistic approach and actually treated the *cause* of my pain! Not only is Dr. Matt an incredibly knowledgeable and thorough clinician, he is also a lovely human being. He always made me super comfortable and kept our sessions fun. I actually looked forward to going to physical therapy!

Next Level is not your ordinary P/T; they're a grade above. They understand anatomy and give specific exercises to your issue. They give you a full hour at each visit. I went in with lower back pain and had lost some movement in ordinary daily living. Dr. Leor took measurements and taught me exercises (with videos) to do at home. I now have better movement. They are caring & listen well. True professionals.

The screening and assessment process is a little unconventional. That being said engaging PT with next level has been one of the better decision that I have ever made. I completely tore both rotator cuffs 7 years ago and had surgery to repair both of them. I followed the PT programs for recovery for the surgery religiously and was never able to get back to a point where I was pain free and comparable strength and mobility to what I had pre surgery. I had tried 5 different PT places over the intervening years and was never presented with exercised and or stretches that were different or new to help with symptoms. This changed however when I was referred to Next level through the gym that I use. I was paired up with Matt and it has been life changing. The whole process is much more holistic, instead of approaching the problem with simply doing more work on only the rotor cuff muscles, the entirely of my body has been addressed. Which in hind site makes a lot of sense since my shoulders are actually attached to and have to function along side the rest of my body. I will not say that it has been a pain free process getting to where I am and I still have further that I would like to go in terms of compete recovery. However, I am now for the first time in 7 years, at a place where I do not have significant daily pain. The cost of the session is higher than what one would find at the run of the mill PT facility. To be honest this is a perfect example of getting what you pay for. I would without the slightest reservation recommend Next level. If you are at a point where you are need of PT you should get it done right and it should be the first time.cheers

I had been dealing with lower back pain during my sport activities, lifting, and regular day activities. I had heard about Next Level from the trainers of my gym at TNL performance and decided to give it a try. Dr. Matt took the time to understand my problems and figure out a game plan for me to get back to where I needed to be. Next Level is also a welcoming environment and all of the trainers are kind and fun people to talk to. Throughout these past couple of months my back has improved greatly and I’m back doing things that I was having pain with before. Next level and Dr. Matt have helped me with my confidence and health and I’m thankful for the help and care I have received.

I was strongly referred to Dr Matt Simcox by my trainer. I had no expectations to be honest given I had been around the block for my issues with little self-sustainable success. We identified goals for therapy upfront given I was dealing with a long standing chronic issue which further caused issues in my feet and shoulders.I am so happy to say that Dr Matt’s approach and dedication fixed my feet and shoulder issues and has significantly improved my chronic issue. It has been quite miraculous. In fact in the latter part of therapy I started thinking of new goals which I could never even dream of. So much progress had been made.Dr Matt is exceptionally talented and committed to his patients. He is a super good guy for whom helping patients is not just a job but a personal mission. While the first few weeks of therapy may seem slow they are a build-up for great things. It takes real talent and genuine interest to figure out what is wrong and slowly and sustainably improve it while keeping someone motivated. I am very thankful to Dr Matt and look forward to all the wonderful things he does for patients in the many years to come…

Choosing Next Level PT was one of the best decisions I've made and I'd highly recommend them to anyone that asks. Here is why...A few months ago, I was suffering from achilles tendonitis due to my running. Like most distance runners, I don't just run for the physical benefits but I do it for the mental relief I get from it. Not being able to run, or dealing with the achilles pain while I ran, was unacceptable. I knew that if I went to my traditional PCP the first thing they would tell me is stop running for a few weeks. Thanks Doc, but that's not happening...and, in fact, at the risk of being dramatic, might just be a death sentence with all the other stresses I had going on in my life at the time. So there I was, frustrated, angry and looking for another solution when a co-worker with an active lifestyle like me mentioned Next Level PT leading me to check them out. From the first appointment, Dr. Matt Simcox listened as I described what I was having problems with and took a few baseline measurements. Then, and this is the most impressive part, sat down with me and asked me what my goals were. He never told me what I couldn't do, or wouldn't be able to do anymore for whatever duration. Right from the beginning, it was about finding a way to identify and treat the problem while supporting my need to stay as active as possible and work towards getting me back on-track to reaching my goals. So what were my goals? 1) I wanted to be able to run pain-free, 2) I wanted to be able to go backpacking/hiking without having to worry about my achilles pain acting up on trail, 3) I wanted to start dipping my toes into ultra-distance running (yes, that last once was my BHAG (big hairy a$$ goal) but when you're making a list of goals you should always have one of those, right?Cool, so we identified the problem, we identified what success would look like, and all that was left was to find a way to get there. And get there is exactly what we did. With just a couple of appointments Dr. Matt had me understanding that despite the fact that I was feeling the pain in my achilles the root cause was coming from the upper leg -- hip flexors, hamstrings and knees. Yes, it's all connected! We talked about it A LOT and he made sure I understood how/why/where the stress was coming from. It allowed me to be more in tune with my body mechanics while running. If/when I began to feel even the slightest discomfort during a run I was able to focus on making small corrections to my form (i.e. - making sure my foot was hitting the ground with 4 points of contact to reduce pronation, making sure I was engaging the hip flexors as I strode forward to reduce un-natural stress on the knee joint, etc,). I've been running for 35 years but it always just came natural. I never really had to think about the mechanics of it until now...hello 50 years old!Back to my goals for a second. The past two months I've been getting back out there running pain free while increasing the distance. Last month, I signed up for a 10k race and ran it at a sub-8 min pace. Pain free. Two weeks ago I backpacked 34 miles on the AT over 3 days with a 45lb pack. Pain free. In December, I'll be running an 8 hour endurance challenge in southern NJ to check off my BHAG.I couldn't have done all this without Next Level PT. And if you're reading this review because your in the same boat I was in just a couple of months ago, just do it. Call them! Book your consultation and get started NOW! You won't regret it.Before I close, I just want to address one more thing. And that's the cost. As you may already know, or will find out, Next Level PT is out of network for most insurance plans so you'll end up paying out of pocket and it's not cheap. But to that I say this. How much is your active lifestyle worth? How much is your physical and mental health worth? If you're like me, you can't even put a price on it so just find a way and get started. Period. Results over excuses. You'll be glad you did just like I am!

In May, I began experiencing troubling elbow pain while attempting a new movement during my recently joined CrossFit program. This led me to seek help from Next Level Physical Therapy in Hamilton and Dr. Leor.Rather than jumping straight into treatment, I underwent a thorough diagnostic session to identify the root causes of the pain and determine if any underlying factors, particularly my lack of prior athletic experience, contributed to the injury. The conclusion—that the pain was due to overstrained muscles rather than a true injury—completely transformed my mindset. It helped me overcome my mental block, helping me to take risks and try new things in CrossFit without fear. It also increased my pain tolerance, giving me more confidence.Once I managed the pain, Dr. Leor took the time to educate me on the core concepts of the complex movements in CrossFit. improving my range of motion. With the support of my coaches and Dr. Leor’s guidance, tips, and practice sessions, what began as a simple weight loss journey quickly evolved. In less than seven months, I improved both my strength and skills, participated in an in-house CrossFit competition, and ran a couple of 5K races.Dr. Leor’s friendly and approachable attitude, along with his dedication to treating every goal—no matter how small—seriously, made the entire experience both enjoyable and transformative.

I have been working under the care of Dr. Leor for the past few years and it has honestly been the best decision I've made! As a triathlete dealing with nagging, ongoing lower back and extremity issues, I was in search of someone who would understand the demands of my sport and tailor a personalized treatment plan to resolve my issues. Leor went above and beyond with our one on one sessions, really taking the time to understand my situation and feel like he truly took passion in my goals. He is down to earth, genuine, and someone I learned to trust easily with my care. His exceptional knowledgeable and holistic approach to treatment led us away from just dealing with the root cause, but to other areas of underlying weakness that I never quite knew existed prior. Leor provided a routine treatment plan with movements that went hand and hand with my daily training and got me back to high performance training and racing. I cannot thank him enough for that.Next Level Physical Therapy is the place to go for a one of a kind service and dedication to you!

Have you ever wondered how people choose the names of their companies? It should be one of separation from the norm, easy to remember, catchy and one that depicts what they do and who they are. I feel Dr Leor Giladi and Next Level meet those requirements.Dr Giladi is a server who listens to his client’s needs and concerns; which allows him to formulate a program to help clients reach their goal. It’s not the pre-cut cookie sheet regimen. In my opinion, Next Level is exceptional. As an X athlete, with the following operations (2 back, 3 hip, 2 knee, and 1 total knee replacement) I am confident I can share my positive results. Previous physical therapists missed the oncoming knee infection and their PT program left me with incomplete results. I was very disappointed. My knee was stiff, sore, and getting in the way of my golf game!I found Next Level through my golfing buddy who recommended them based on the results that both he and his wife had with their practice. Dr Giladi informed me that he takes a different approach, focused on the whole body, and started asking me about my activities, goals, and expectations. I could feel the difference just from this first conversation. During my first 3 visits things were different than I expected and I began to question where the knee PT was. Little did I know he was taking me on a different journey, setting a strong foundation for more challenging exercises later in the plan; which I learned to appreciate. This journey encompassed mind, body, breathing, work ethic, and trust in both the therapist and the process. What a journey it was!My knee is more flexible, less painful, I can get up and down from the floor more easily, and I am (most importantly) able to walk the course and play a full 18 holes without worry. Every company and organization needs a Dr Leor Giladi. Thanks Dr G for your services.George Blanchard-A satisfied customer

After two surgeries on my left ankle, I was worried about regaining my mobility and strength. I still had a limp in my left ankle and it was incredibly difficult to trust it. The team here was incredible from day one. I worked with Dr. Leor, and he tailored a recovery plan specifically for me. His expertise, patience, and encouragement made all the difference. Not only did he physically work on my ankle, but he helped me overcome my mental block of trusting my ankle. I saw consistent progress every week, and he helped me regain confidence in my movement. All of the therapists here were knowledgeable, friendly, and always attentive to my needs. I highly recommend Next level if you want to come back stronger and more confident!

I can't say enough good things about Next Level Physical Therapy! In the beginning of the summer, I was struggling with constant knee pain that made all movements almost unbearable. It was incredibly frustrating, as I was trying to prepare for my junior year soccer season that is incredibly important to me. I decided that physical therapy was the best option for me to be back at 100%Thanks to Dr. Matt & incredible team at Next Level Physical Therapy, I made incredible strides in a short amount of time and can proudly say that I'm not only pain-free but back to playing with full confidence. Dr. Matt gave me exercises to complete and hands-on help to alleviate my pain in the 2 short months we had together. The staff at Next Level Physical Therapy are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and encouraging. They took the time to understand my issues and crafted a personalized plan that helped me get back to doing what I love.If you're dealing with similar knee pain or any other physical challenges, I highly recommend giving them a visit. My experience has been transformative, and I’m confident they can help others achieve the same results. Thank you, Next Level Physical Therapy, for helping me get back to my best!

I have been going to Dr. Matt at Next Level PT in Hamilton NJ for about 5 months now and it has been incredible. I tore my ACL my senior year of high school and I was scared, discouraged and really just lost at what the next step was. My goal was to get back to 100 percent for my freshmen season at college and from the first time I met with Dr. Matt I knew that goal was attainable. I felt welcomed and treated like family since day 1. Everything is one on one and each session Dr. Matt pushes me and really gets the most out of me. Every milestone I hit Dr. Matt was just as excited as me, and he always made me feel encouraged and motivated. Going to next level was the best possible decision I could have made and I would be no where near where I am right now without Dr. Matt and the next level family.

I suffered a pec strain earlier this year and decided to seek out physical therapy for the injury. I’ve been working with Dr. Matt for a few months now and the progress we’ve made has been very satisfying. When I first came to Next level I was having pain performing normal activities like driving and lifting household objects. Now I am back to lifting weight regularly, pain free. Dr. Matt is very thorough in his approach. He not only addressed the injury I was dealing with, but also helped me improve a lot of bad posture related habits that will prevent pain and injury in the future

I am 19 years old and have been a dancer for 7 years now and throughout the years I had a few injuries. In my Junior and Senior year of high school I strained my right knee. I did the RICE method and I was fine. This past year was my freshmen year of college I had Subluxated my right Patella 4 times throughout the months of me being away at school. I was also getting treated for CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome). All of the doctors that I saw said that surgery was not necessary and to just do physical therapy. My parent mentioned Next Level to me and I tried it. I first saw Dr. Leor I walked in with my swollen knee all wrapped up in ace bandages not weight baring and using crutches. I was very hesitant in anyone touching my knee. I was very guarded of my injury. Dr. Leor was very carful and took my hesitation into account. He helped me with simple exercises leg raises and exercises to get my knee moving. He also did an assessment on me which included some weight baring. I told him about all my injuries in the past and he explained to me that they could have related to each other in a way.I then started to work with Dr. Matt when I returned on my school breaks. When I first met Dr. Matt my knee was still swollen, I was in a full locked extension brace using crutches. Dr. Matt made me feel less guarded with my knee. I have been with Matt since November of 2023. I have been on and off crutches, and in and out of knee braces. I started from scratch not remembering how to walk without support to now August 2024 (about 10 months) no crutches, a knee brace only when I leave my house and being able to drive again.Dr. Matt makes every session fun but also a challenge (in a good way), he makes good conversation and he is very knowledgable. He is able to answer any of my questions about my recovery. He is also very encouraging. It could be the smallest thing but in a recovery it can be a big accomplishment. Having someone see those accomplishment can be very encouraging and it can make you feel like your doing something right. I am very happy with the amount of progress I have made with Dr. Matt these past few months but especially this summer. I am walking more fluently, squatting, and being able to go up and down stairs. What I love about Next Level is they work one on one with you. They look at your whole body and not just the injured part. With my recovery I had to work on more then just my knee. I had to work on my foot contact and my hips. They show you how to do the exercises the correct way. The therapist also ask you as the patient if there is anything that you would want to work on or review to get more comfortable with it. They want to help you become the best version of yourself.Dr. Matt has also helped boost my reinsurance and confidence. This injury was and is still not just about my physical aspect but also my mental aspect. Matt helped me with both of these aspects. Sometimes there were days where Matt would just do hands on exercises with me. In the beginning of learning how to walk he would show me the foot placement on a wall so I got comfortable putting the weight through.I am writing this because I am sure there is someone like me out there that has either the same or a very similar knee injury. You might have doctors that are saying different things to you. Or maybe your deciding to get surgery or not. In the beginning I thought surgery was the way to go but my doctors said to just do Physical Therapy for a few weeks but I have been doing it for 10 months now and still going strong. But I do know now that surgery is not always the best way to go. Matt help me see that, I was able and still am able to make a full recovery without needing surgery.I hope this review helps someone out there and know that there is a full recovery ahead of you. I never knew anyone that had this injury before so it was hard at times.I am so happy that I found Next Level to do my recovery. Everyone has been so nice and encouraging. 10/10Thank You so much to everyone at Next Level in Hamilton.

I had been having pain in my left shoulder for over a year, which was limiting the type of workouts I could do, and also led to a decrease in strength. I tried a couple other physical therapists, but didn't get any resolution. The approach at Next Level was different from the very beginning. Admittedly, doing a bunch of breathing exercises didn't intuitively seem related to shoulder pain, but Dr. Leor explained how changing my movement patterns would build a foundation to develop the larger muscles around my shoulder and then relieve stress on the smaller muscles that were causing the problem. And it worked. You can expect to have one-on-one sessions with a Next Level Physical Therapist and also get a plan to address any pain issues that pop up in the future. It was definitely a good experience for me.

UPDATE:My former PT at NextLevel, Cole Housel, unfortunately left the clinic. But I pivoted and stated woking with Matt Simcox since the end of January 2024. What a seamless transition! As some background, I have been an athlete all my life, and at almost 68 years old am still playing competitive tennis and mountain biking. I've also had 6 surgeries on knee, shoulders, hip, etc. But I'm still OUT THERE! And I attribute much of my current scenario to Matt and Next LevelThis practice is unlike any I have ever gone too...and I have gone to alot of PT's in my life. Their approach is different...they truly they take a look at your body dynamics, the types of activities you want to enjoy, and look at all the little things that can positively impact performance. And Matt Simcox has been The Best to date!Matt has helped me overcome many setbacks (there were a few weeks where I couldn't bike or play tennis) to where I am pretty much pain free and performing at the top of my game. He is my physical activity "partner", we work as a team to improve my physicality. Matt does the diagnostics, progresses the plan weekly...but YOU need to do "the work" when you're not seeing him.The other great thing about the practice is that the therapist spends the entire hour with you, not like 15 minutes and then sluffing you off on an assistant to do the same exercises everyone else does. Matt has me doing movements and exercises that are super specific to my needs. It's difficult to put into words exactly how his protocol is specific to ME...just schedule with Matt (if you can get on his calendar) and give him a try. I have sent 2 other friends to NextLevel. They were both hesitant at first, and now thank me weekly that this was the best PT experience of their lives. And these are over 60 year old athletes as well.Former Review:I have been going to Next Level Physical Therapy for the past two months and it has been a wonderful experience. I had knee surgery and my PT at the other clinic just didn't get me strong enough to pursue my activities without re-injury (tennis and mountain biking).I started working with Cole Housel, and was impressed with the different approach to rehabilitation and strengthening. My plan is customized, not "cookie cutter" like I have has been at all my previous PT experiences (I have had 6 sports related surgeries).I am back to playing tennis, and have confidence now in my movement in all directions. And we aren't even done.Every time I see Cole, we take my strengthening to a new level. He is totally engaged with my rehab and has taken a highly personal interest in me achieving my goals.I totally recommend Next Level, without hesitation. If you can get Cole Housel to work with you, that would be a bonus!Steve Schloss
Collaborative Care & Impressive Results: 16 Sessions with Next LevelFrom the very beginning, Dr. Matt established a strong team environment. We worked together towards a common goal: getting me out of pain so I could. SUP, continue training and working. This collaborative approach made a big difference in my motivation to do the excercise I practiced independently. Each week, I left with a personalized get out of pain plan or "homework" to prepare me for more advanced movements as the sessions went on. By the end of the 16 sessions, I was glad I put in the effort. As a former D1 athlete, I recognize a quality program when I see it, and this is it. However, quality does come with a cost, so be prepared to check your insurance coverage.I was quickly impressed by Dr. Matt's understanding of the interconnectedness of the body's systems. He didn't just focus on my specific injury, but how it impacted my overall movement and function. Additionally, before each session, I could easily communicate any new concerns or areas of discomfort. This allowed him to tailor the session for maximum benefit and avoid wasting time. After 16 sessions, I've seen significant progress and feel much better. It was clear that Dr. Matt is passionate about their field. They invest their free time in ongoing education to stay current with the latest advancements. Other benefits include a supportive patient community, access to online exercise videos for future reference, and the option to return for maintenance sessions if needed. If you're looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, and collaborative therapist who prioritizes ongoing learning, I highly recommend Next Level and Dr. Matt. The commitment to patient success and holistic care is truly impressive.

The PT’s here really care. Dr. Matt Simcox always cared to know how I was as a whole person, not just a collection of muscles and joints. I felt I had a teammate and someone who truly cared how I was doing. From a pain perspective, everything improved much faster than expected, and some of the exercises felt like magic. I was very rarely having to endure more pain in the exercises, as they were gentle and the focus was improving movement across my body as a whole, interconnected unit, not just targeting individual spots. In fact, I know someone who keeps returning to PT somewhere else because once the pain goes from somewhere, it appears in another part of the body soon after. That doesn’t happen the way that Dr. Matt practices. I’m so grateful to have had this experience.

I have had such a wonderful experience working with Leor at Next Level over the past 2 years. I first came in suffering from terrible sciatic nerve pain from my desiccated L4-L5 disc bulging, and I worked with Leor to better understand my condition and help manage the pain. In advance of my discectomy surgery to ease my nerve pain, Leor helped talk me through the procedure and the healing process and helped come up with a recovery plan to gradually build up my strength before re-starting PT. This was critical to my recovery, and it was invaluable to have this plan going into my surgery.I re-started sessions with Leor ~9 months post surgery as I felt my progress had plateaued, and it was still painful to sit for more than 30 minutes. I appreciate that Leor takes the time to listen to and understand my specific concerns, and he comes up with a very tailored plan to address those. He also takes the time to explain what is going on with my body & what causes certain symptoms which has been so helpful for my own understanding. I saw progress after every session and with each exercise he gave me. After finishing my program with Leor, I feel so much more confident in my ability to manage my condition and to maintain and progress my strength. I am now moving with more ease and less pain, I am able to sit for long periods with less pain, and I have a much better understanding of what helps me and what does not. AND Leor managed all of this while working with me remotely over Zoom, I cannot imagine the added benefit of being able to meet in-person.

Dr Matt at Next Level Fitness is outstanding to work with!  I have an old neck injury from a car accident, when I started at Next Level about 6 months ago, I was dealing with neck pain that stopped me from holding my head up normally at any time even when sitting down this makes working out etc very frustrating. Working with Dr Matt I've seen a huge improvement in my neck pain day to day and a visible difference in my posture and mobility. This is way more than I could have expected six months ago when I first visited Next Level. Not only am I stronger than when I started by (trying) to follow the detailed routine Dr Matt puts together every week  I've learned a few things here that help to manage symptoms and get back on track when things flare up. Also, I'll mention that I'm immune-compromised and unfortunately have to wear a mask indoors, he's been kind enough to grab a mask for my visit which has really made me feel comfortable. Dr Matt really seems to have gone the extra mile and has been super helpful, he's made my experience with Next Level 10/10.

I've been working with Dr. Matt at Next Level for about 7 weeks now and it's been a great experience! I went in with hip pain that I've had for at least a year and he was able to quickly diagnosis the cause and create a plan to address it. I'm almost pain free with a couple sessions to go and feel like I now know some useful exercises to do to help myself in the future. The services are expensive but I've found the results to be worth it. Matt is very personable, a great listener and easy to talk to - and is serious about helping his patients. Highly recommended!

I had tried three different physical therapists before finding out about Next Level and Dr. Mike. I had suffered multiple disk herniations in the lumbar portion of my back, and experienced severe sciatica as a result.
Read More/Less Before coming to Mike, therapy did nothing for my pain or loss of mobility. Mike’s approach to the human body is unique and extremely effective. I would recommend Mike’s practice to any high level athlete due to his incredible understanding of the human body and his unique approach to not only eliminating immediate symptoms, but also preventing additional long term problems.

I am 53 years old and have had a hurt back for most of my adult life. I am a professional martial artist and athlete and over the years I have been very hard on my body.
Read More/Less I’ve tried every therapeutic approach known to mankind and have seen countless doctors and chiropractors to no avail. When I first saw the Next Level Therapy ad on Facebook I thought that their message really resonated with me & to my particular situation.

Next Level Therapy made no promises or guarantees but they said that if I gave them a chance that they would let me know if they could help me or not. Typically a chiropractor will tell you that they can fix anything and then try to sign you up for life. I found that Next Level’s approach to be comforting, honest and professional.

After my first FREE consultation with Dr, Artem I was sufficiently convinced that he could help me. I decided to invest into the 12 week program and to myself and I’m very glad that I did. At the time that I am writing this review I am in great health & my back does not hurt me at all! Dr. Artem has been fantastic as a doctor, a coach, a mentor and as a friend. I highly recommend that you put your trust and money into Dr, Artem and his team at Next Level Therapy.

I was recommended next level pt from a gym buddy so after over a year of working with a chiropractor (I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back) and not being able to progress and get back into a gym I decided to give them a shot.
Read More/Less After my first consultation with Dr. Leor I instantly felt hopeful! I agreed to join their program with guarantee that I could become the athlete that I once was. Dr. Leor understood and listened to my inquiries, my fears, my past issues and explained and helped me understand in laments terms what my “problems” were and why they are happening and how to fix them. I learned a lot about myself and how our bodies work and how to prevent further injury by moving correctly. After finishing the 10 week program I am now back in my gym doing one on one sessions and some minor wods on my own and have had no set backs thus far! I am positive that I will continue to get stronger and I owe that to Next Level pt for sure!
